I currently can not decide on a team, I have like 20 pokemon to decide out of, Any suggestions?

I would train the weakerones, and would mostlikely restart the EV's of the weaker ones I don't know, PLEASE GIVE ME SUGGESTIONS, I CAN'T DECIDE, I'M IN A BIG MESS

its not wether you should decide on a team, its deciding and coming up with combos, if a pokemon has it teach it to that poke and catch it

I got an Actuall team now..... so It don't matter no more

let me guess it has a gliscor in it
