give it boost items (ex. power anklet, macho brace) and give it pokerus (the virus), and yeah research online or look at videos on you tube

usually, you choose 2 stats and max them out, for example, Roselia, would be best is Sp. Atk And spd, so you would give like 252 EV's to each of those and let the rest of the stats stay how they are
